If you don't know how to use multi tier organs you don't need it.  To be serious, the benefit is simply you need less button presses to access the sounds you want - just play it on the other manual. Problem with PSR and Tyros is again that there is no integration of additional tiers. You can of course connect additional keyboards via midi - but that's just half the cake when you can't organize this in registrations and other ways. If you are really interested in a full organ you might wish bass pedals too - and again it's not impossible but inconvenient to use on a Tyros. Maybe a Tyros is not all you want but once you have one it is hart to make it a complete organ in the sense of an arrangement with multiple tiers and bass pedals Edited by t2user on 30-07-2010 10:14 Best regards t2user |
